Shoestrüng is a solo project created in 2015. Shoestrüng comes from a variety of creative backgrounds but who's main creative expression are in the Fine Arts and Video and Film. His first musical forays in original compositions begin at the age of six. Since then, he has been in various musical groups collaborating in original music writing. The last few years has seen the birth of Shoestrüng as a means of pure musical expressions. At its most simple, engaging in the expression in the passing of time and space and the varied emotions of life expressed through succinct compositions that touch on the depth of personal and the reactionary journey when dealing with people, places and things. He calls Hong Kong home and has for 30+ years. This exposure has played heavily in his personalized approach to sounds and the aura of living in one of the most densely populated places on earth.
